If an item is out of stock, please follow CE studio on Instagram and Facebook so you’ll be informed when there is new stock! You can also send me a personal mesaage so I can let you know when this item will be available again.

Payments 

• Payment is made securely via iDEAL and PayPal.
• Payments are made in Euro’s 
• Please note that when errors in pricing occur (the price is not in proportion to the product), you will be contacted and CE studio has the right not to sell the items for the mentioned price.

Shipping

• All pieces are made by hand and are unique. This means that no item is the same and they can vary in color, shape etc. Although every piece is made and packed with care, it can happen that you receive a damaged item. If this does happen, please contact me at info@cestudio.nl so I can sort this out with you personally
• If your order is a gift, please include the address and name of the receiver in the 'extra information' textbox so it can packed as a nice and personal present!
• Please make sure the address is correct when placing an order

National orders: packages will normally be send within 2-5 working days via PostNL and the shipping costs are €2,95. 

You will receive a track & trace code via email when your order is ready to be shipped. The delivery time within the Netherlands is usually two working days.

 National shipping is free for orders above €60!

Customers outside the European Union can be charged with import duties or local sales taxes. Please check your customs office if any of these costs might apply beforehand because CE studio is not responsible for these costs.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange is not possible anymore. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it.

To return your product, please send an email to info@cestudio.nl with your details and the product name. You will then need to mail your product to:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item is received and if your refund is approved. After approval your refund will be processed within 14 days via the same method you used to pay,
PLease note that:

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
• I would like to advise you to use a registered postal service and track & trace code to return items because it's your own responsibility that items are returned in the original condition. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase please send a message via info@cestudio.nl. Please mention your details, the product you bought and the one you would like in return. You have to return your purchase within 14 days unused and in the original condition and packaging. After approval you will get your new piece free of shipping costs.
